As an age old manufacturing unit, Todi Mills needed to stand out in an unorganised and undifferentiated market. Building a brand came more out of necessity for survival than pure marketing. Having no brand identity also meant that targeting the international market was impossible.
Result:
Since the brand development exercise, Todi Mills has doubled their revenue and had their most profitable year. They’ve participated in international exhibitions and their sales teams have gained confidence to push the sale backed by the Todi Mills Brand.
